My stays at the castle keep getting better with every visit,the staff are exceptional,nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure your stay exceeds every explication.Rooms are bright,well maintained and serviced daily( unless you request not to).The times I have dinned the food has been of the highest quality and freshly prepared.Located in the heart of Merthyr5 minutes from the bus and train stations and 15 minutes to leisure village there is no better place to book if you are looking for the best experience Merthyr has to offer. - George
We had to leave our airb&b due to the general unpleasantness of it, and were searching last minute for affordable (having already paid once for this holiday) accommodation.The castle couldn’t have been kinder and had us fixed up very quickly.They were helpful, efficient, and effective.Within 24 hours we slept in clean beds, used white clean towels after showering, slept well, and at a very reasonable price too! - Maggie Y
Hotel very centrally located and very comfortable room. Shower left a little to be desired but bed comfortable. Nicole on the front desk was particularlyhelpfulespecially finding a frig for insulin. - C
